According to the tensed theory of time, we cannot remember the future because the future has not yet happened. We only remember the past because we have passed through it or other people have documented about it.
The only way through which you can know the future is through prophecy (prophecy is real by the way) or by projections (which may or may not be true). You can also use the past and the present to project what the future might look like.
However, what was the future while I was writing this answer could be past by the time you read it. We live in the fourth dimension called time.
